Education Philosophy

A well-rounded education is the basis for success in life. All students can learn when they have the proper support system in place, and it is our job, as educators, to provide that support. It is our job, as educators, to never give up, to be the last cheerleader standing, and to hold our students to the highest standards of excellence. Without these things, students cannot reach their fullest potential. In order to do this, teachers must recognize the individuality of each student, and plan instruction to accommodate a variety of needs.
